The globalromania.ro website is owned by the company SC GLOBAL CASH & CARY SRL, Ro/CUI:RO 27157709, no. of registration at the Trade Register J10/409/2010, responsible for your personal data. If you notice that your data is in danger or is being used by us in another way that you do not agree with, please contact us to correct these problems. We specify from the beginning that we will use your data only for the purposes stated below:
- What data do we collect?
We can collect data from Facebook (if you register through this platform)
Data that we collect automatically, when you want to order a product sold by us, through the registration form (name / surname / address / cnp / phone / email or your company data (As applicable).
Data that we collect through the contact form, email or chat, in order to complete the service contract or deliver the ordered products.
Through various third parties, Google Analytics or Facebook, we collect information about your device, such as the version of the operating system, the name of the Internet network, your location or your IP, as well as other data that have the role of providing us with statistics about website traffic.
- Why do we process your data and in what sense?
We need your personal data to conclude a contract or deliver the ordered goods (as applicable). Your data only reach the courier to be able to deliver the ordered goods, or in the invoicing program we work with.
- Your rights
The right to request access to your personal data (commonly referred to as "data subject access request"). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and check whether we are processing it lawfully.
The right to request correction any data we hold about you. This allows you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, although we may need to check the accuracy of new data you provide to us.
The right to request restriction of processing your personal data. This allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data; (b) if we use the data unlawfully; (c) where you need us to keep the data, even if we no longer need it, because you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (d) you have objected to us using your data, but we need to check whether we have compelling legal reasons to use it.
The right to request erasure your personal data. This allows you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there are no valid reasons for us to continue processing it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), if we have processed your information unlawfully or if we are required to delete your personal data to comply with local law. Response deadline: We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
In addition, you have the right to complain at any time to the data protection authority. However, we will appreciate it if you contact us first in order to solve any problems regarding the processing of personal data.
